False Statistics Charge and Fraud Vitiates Everything
This relates to false statistics and accompanying defective PCR tests and the frauds which have emerged from that. The Supreme Court rulings and precedents have clearly stated that 'Fraud vitiates everything', and this is highly relevant in this particular case. For example, scientific evidence and top scientists and medical doctors have found PCR tests with high cycle counts (over 33) provides over 96% False Positives for a virus (or other pathogen) which leads to inaccurate, wrong and fraudulent results and this is turn leads to frauduent statistics and this fraud leads to mass panic and fear and to fraudulent pressure on politicians to enforce lockdowns and other restrictive measures which fraudulently deprives people of their Constitutional rights and human rights and businesses of their rights to trade and survive. In July 2021, an American lawyer Thomas Renz filed papers with a federal court in Alabama in USA stating that 45,000 people died within 3 days of taking the covid19 vaccine and he has a whistleblower and a sworn affidavit attesting to this. This is initiating FBI and law enforcement investigations and federal court hearings for later this year. These 45,000 vaccine deaths are just one government reporting system. A total of 86 deaths and 14,700 injuries and disabilities have been reported to the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) up to August 31, according to its latest report here although it is to be noted these figures at best only capture a small fraction of the vaccine deaths and injuries.
A Harvard Medical School Study in 2010 shows that the real figures may be 10 times higher. ' Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported. Although 25% ofambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1 - 13% of serious events are repo5orted to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported. Low reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of “problem” drugs and vaccines that endanger public health. New surveillance methods for drug and vaccine adverse effects are needed.'

Statistics provided by RIP.ie and the General Registration Office (state body for registering all deaths) in Ireland shows a large increase excess mortality after the introduction of covid19 vaccines in 2021. Amendment to Garda statement (Police statement) 5 October, 2021
The evidence shows that suspected covid19 patients were told to go home and self isolate and not given any medicines for covid19 in 2020 and 2021. If they got worse at home they were told to go into hospitals and then they were sedated and put on ventilators at high pressure which led to a high percentage of deaths. They were not given the safe and effective medicines for covid19 available since March 2020 and listed in our books of evidence. These medicines would have saved many lives, especially those lost on ventilators at high pressure. NPHET and HSE and CMO knew about early treatment for suspected covid19 cases using these safe and effective medicines but refused to administer them or authorize them or promote them publicly. Some were banned and blocked. This is clear medical negligence and manslaughter, possibly murder. Was this done deliberately to increase the number of covid19 cases and deaths and to create a demand for experimental vaccines ? They need to explain this to a criminal court ?
The HSE moved ill and sick elderly people from hospitals into nursing homes where they spread viral and bacterial illnesses to other residents in the nursing homes in Spring and Summer 2020. No protective measures taken such as no quarantine, no PPE in place in nursing homes during that time. And of course the nursing home residents were denied the safe and effective medicines for covid19 mentioned in our books of evidence. This is clear medical negligence and manslaughter possibly murder. And residents were given dangerous drugs such as Midazolam and Remdesivir which are strongly suspected of causing deaths in nursing homes. This may also constitute medical negligence and manslaughter.

Increase in Hospital admissions, injuries, new illnesses and deaths in 2021 caused by covid19 vaccines. Covid19 vaccine injuries and deaths are being classified as ‘new variants’ of covid19 and this may be used to enforce more lockdowns in 2021 and 2022
There is evidence of increased hospital admissions in Ireland and Britain among those who were vaccinated with covid19 vaccines since late January 2021. Medical Negligence and Malpractise & the Criminal Law and Civil Law in Ireland (and other countries):
Medical Negligence and Malpractise as applied to the HSE, Medical Council, NPHET, the CMO and the Minister for Health who guided and/or coerced medical doctors in Ireland in the diagnosis and treatment of and response to covid19 in 2020 and 2021
Medical negligence and malpractise typically involves the following:
1. Failure to correctly diagnose or plan to monitor and potentially address a known medical risk for the patient, including cases related to childbirth, disease risks, general health risks, and in light of the context of the patient’s overall health.
The scientific and medical evidence now clearly show a high rate of false positives for covid19 as high as 97% in Ireland which meant that most covid19 patients were misdiagnosed and misled. This failure made it impossible to assess medical risk for the patient, including cases related to childbirth, disease risks, general health risks. When these scientific and medical facts were brought to the attention of the HSE and medical and government authorities they ignored them in 2020 and 2021. This failure was a clear breach of the law.
The lockdowns enforced by the government on the advice of NPHET, the CMO, the Minister for Health, the HSE and the medical authorities led to the cancellation of thousands of hospital appointments for cancers, heart diseases, diabetes, neurological illnesses, endocrine illnesses, respiratory illnesses, bacterial pneumonia, colds, flu’s, alzheimers, dementia, and many chronic illnesses. This failure made it impossible to assess medical risk for the patient, including cases related to childbirth, disease risks, general health risks. This has led to deaths and will lead to more deaths. When these facts were brought to the attention of the HSE and medical and government authorities they ignored them in 2020 and 2021. This failure was a clear breach of the law and of medical ethics.
2. Failure to render appropriate or effective treatment, including prescription drug mistakes that breach a reasonable standard of care per Irish medical negligence case precedents.
The deliberate suppression and blocking of hydroxychloroquine, azt and zinc, Ivermectin, Budenoside, Dexamethasone, Oxygen therapy, Hypoxia treatment, Vitamin D, and plasma antibodies for covid19 treatment in 2020 and into 2021. The scientific and medical evidence supported these treatments for covid19 and many doctors around the world got excellent results from the. Some corrupt officials within the WHO and NIH (USA) and some corrupted scientists (with conflicts of interest) misadvised and lied to many governments and NPHET and the CMO about this. This failure to provide effective medicine to patients was a clear breach of the law.
The promotion of lies and deception in some medical journals and the press and media to block, stop and prevent hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of covid19 was clearly exposed worldwide in 2020. One paper was retracted from the prestigious Lancet journal in 2020. The use of lies and deception to block effective and important medical treatments for covid19 was one of the most shocking news stories in 2020 and it affected Ireland and the use of hydroxychloroquine by medical doctors and the medical council here. This deprivation of effective medicine was a clear breach of the law
The HSE, the WHO, NPHET, the Minister for Health and the medical council told covid19 patients to self isolate at home and did NOT tell them about or prescribe effective medicines for covid19 in 2020 and 2021. This was a clear breach of the law and of medical guidelines and ethics.
The promotion of and use of experimental covid19 vaccines in 2021 which have led to many thousands of deaths worldwide by July 2021 and to hundreds of thousands of injuries, serious disabilities and new illnesses worldwide by July 2021. 4. Hospital mistakes, including mistakes in anesthesia, medical devices, and instances of gross negligence
Evidence has emerged in Ireland and several other countries of covid19 patients being put on ventilators at high pressure which led to their deaths in 2020. Other more effective medical treatments were available and should have been used and these would have saved lives and brought about recoveries.
Misdiagnosis due to the high rate of false positives for covid19 led to neglect or lack of treatment for actual illnesses and injuries and over emphasis on covid19. And the suppression and blocking of effective medicines for covid19 in 2020 worsened this scenario for patients. In addition to neglecting the real illnesses (non covid19 illnesses) and injuries of patients.
5. Blackmail, Threats and Extortion against medical doctors who tried to use effective medicines for covid19 in 2020 and 2021 by state officials and officials from medical authorities. Medical doctors were threatened with loss of jobs, positions, and their medical career in 2020 and 2021. High ranking officials misused their position and authority to bully threaten, blackmail and extort medical doctors. This fuelled the blocking and suppression of effective medicines for covid19 in 2020 and 2021. This was and is a breach of the law and of medical guidelines and ethics.
6. Blackmail, Threats and Extortion against medical doctors who spoke out publicly against lockdowns after June 2020. Those people with expertise in medicine and science and with evidence and facts were blocked from speaking and exercising their right to free speech and free debate.
7. Blackmail, Threats and Extortion against medical doctors and nurses to get the experimental covid19 vaccine or lose their jobs, positions and careers and livelihoods. The same threats are being used against workers in other industries. The vaccines are not fully authorized and safety tested and are experimental and there have been thousands of deaths and millions of injuries and illnesses caused by them. There are dangers involved and forced consent is the opposite of informed consent. 8. Failure to provide timely or adequate treatment in a reasonable period, which later harms or is the cause of further medical harms to the patient

9. Inability to get an accurate diagnosis of covid19 due to the high rate of false positives meant that persons with covid19 infection were allowed to mingle with vulnerable persons in hospitals and nursing homes placing them at risk of infection. This placed lives at risk. And the blocking and suppression of effective medicines for covid19 worsened this situation.
10. Neglect of elderly persons in nursing homes and placing them in danger as exposed by doctors and nurses and families in 2020 and detailed on http://www.data-analytica.org/index.htm#nursing clearly shows breaches of the law and breaches of medical guidelines amounting to negligence and malpractise.
11. False labeling of the cause of death and the misuse of this to sow public alarm, fear and panic and more lockdowns which undermined medical treatments for other diseases and illnesses and public health in 2020 and 2021 as detailed in sections above
The evidence submitted in our Book of Evidence shows that the vast majority of people who died were mislabeled with covid19 due to the high rate of false positives for covid19 and the majority of these persons were elderly and had two or more pre-existing illnesses which were capable of causing death. The average age of death for covid19 was 82 and the median age was 84 and 94% of them had two or more pre-existing illnesses.
There was no significant excess mortality for Ireland in 2020 and actual deaths in 2020 were the same as deaths for the previous seven years.
Conflicts of Interest of NPHET members and Tony Holohan CMO and Government Ministers and RTE need to be investigated
It is well known that many government advisors including scientists and doctors have conflicts of interest. They have shares and other financial interests (including grants) in vaccine companies and other Pharma companies which profit from the covid19 pandemic. It is in their interest to cause mass fear and paranoia.
The conflicts of interest of NPHET members and Tony Holohan CMO and Government Ministers and RTE need to be fully investigated. All of their ties and their family ties to Big Pharma, vaccine makers, PPE businesses, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI, and investments in their businesses, and grants to their Universities and colleges and businesses and other forms of payment and inducements need to be fully investigated.
Highly respected and experienced Medical Doctor calls for the Abolition of NPHET Dr Vincent Carroll a highly experienced and qualified medical doctor has publicly called for the abolition of NPHET as it is not fit for purpose and has failed the Irish people and nation in 2020 and 2021. Frauds which led to the Imposition of Vaccine Passports in Ireland. In Law, fraud vitiates everything.
There are serious legal problems with the proposed legislation enforcing vaccine passports and discrimination and apartheid. It is based on and proceeds from a fraud – the fraudulent PCR tests and high rate of False Positives as high as 97%. In Law, fraud vitiates everything. The vaccine passports and discrimination and apartheid can be struck down and declared null and void by the courts on that basis.
In addition, using the vaccine passports to discriminate against people in the provision of goods and services is discriminatory and is breach of existing laws including :
- the Equal Status Acts
- the Irish Constitution
- EU Charter of Fundamental Rights
- the Nuremburg Code
- EU and UN Human Rights
- GDPR
- Council of Europe Resolution 2361 of 2021
- important court precedents such as GLADYS RYAN v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.
The new law creates a system of apartheid and it can and will be challenged in the courts. There will also be criminal court cases to address the breaches of important rights and the criminalization of innocent people and the resulting deaths and injuries from HSE and government policies detailed in this paper.
Secondly the Irish Government and HSE have no means of determining who has recovered from covid19 as the scientific literature and published scientific research shows that there was pre-existing immunity to coronaviruses and covid19 prior to March 2020, that is both normal antibody immunity and T cell immunity, and many people as much as 30% of the population got covid19 infections and recovered without experiencing symptoms or realising that they had it. So the Government and HSE cannot determine who has recovered as a high percentage of the population do not know that they had the covid19 infection and recovered. This is what is termed pre-existing immunity by scientists and medical doctors. The Government’s legislation would discriminate against persons who recovered from covid19 as they had pre-existing immunity to it. But no certificates or passports to prove their pre-existing immunity. Yet the new law claims to be doing the opposite – allowing recovered people to access indoor dining and pubs and foreign travel.
This creates a serious contradiction in the law and would bring the law into disrepute. The judges and courts will not support this legislation on these grounds. Courts will strike down this law.
In relation to “variants” of covid19 which are being used to scare the Irish population and continue the social restrictions and lockdowns, there are serious concerns being expressed by top scientists and medical doctors
(a) mislabeling of covid vaccine deaths and injuries and illnesses as covid19 or variants of covid19
(b) the defective PCR tests for covid19 which have high False Positive rates as high as 97% for Ireland which uses cycle counts of 35 - 45. These False Positives are manufacturing more and more variants and will manufacture more “variants” here in Ireland and abroad and keep this scaremongering going indefinitely for another year or for several more years. A defective test and false results for “variants” could continue indefinitely.
This has created frauds which will be tested in the courts.
The facts and the evidence now show that the covid19 vaccines are causing an unacceptably high number of injuries and disabilities and deaths. The US Government VAERS system which monitors vaccine deaths and injuries shows that over 6,900 have died so far in 2021 yet the number of vaccine deaths has ranged from 100 – 200 every year since 1990. More people have died in the first 6 months of 2021 than the previous 30 years combined. NPHET and the Irish government have plans to use the variants to force covid19 vaccines into the schools in Autumn 2021 and this will lead to severe consequences. We will be updating many Irish families about this.
The current trajectory of all of this fraud is towards more and more vaccine caused injuries, illnesses and deaths for 2021 which are being classified as covid19 or it’s variants and this combined with the usual colds and flus which afflict people every year will lead to more lockdowns in Autumn 2021 and continuing into 2022 and 2023. This will cause more unnecessary and unjustified destruction to the Irish economy and more loss of legal rights, Constitutional rights and Human Rights along with the enforcement of a system of apartheid.

Some top scientists and medical doctors and professors from around the world held an important conference about covid19 and lockdowns in London in July 2021.
